Collaborate closely with Design, Marketing, People & Culture team across the organization to develop an encompassing approach to enhancing the employee experience.

  • Implement learning and development strategies that resonate with the company’s objectives, principles, and competencies by establishing a philosophy, plan, and structure for nurturing a community of leaders within the organization. Cultivate a work environment that encourages excellence through collaboration.

  • Cultivate relationships with our leadership team while devising frameworks to support diverse employee groups across headquarters and retail locations. Collaborate with the current performing team by offering coaching and growth opportunities. Establish consistent links between Design, Brand, and Retail.

  • Supervise creating, implementing, and assessing learning solutions focused on leadership development and competencies-based training programs. Overseas budgets for learning & project development programs.

  • Partner collaboratively with functional teams to ensure smooth alignment and execution of learning and development strategies in line with organizational goals. Negotiate agreements with aligned outside partnerships.

  • Lead and Manage project management activities for the departments, ensuring product creations are delivered correctly at all development stages, including budget, timeline, and scope, by successfully delivering key project milestones. Overseas production of shoots, campaigns, and brand development. Create and execute clear plans for expected ROI and plan project requirements.

  • Creation of seasonal design direction by researching trends and insights to create a strategic vision for product development.
